Role summary
You will welcome guests, run tastings, support bottle and merchandise sales, and help deliver an excellent visit from open to close. You are often the first impression of Tall Pines.
Schedule
Day shift starting around 11:00am, includes close.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and explain service flow
- Run tastings and answer product questions
- Sell bottles and merchandise
- Support food service when needed
Qualifications
Required
- RAMP certification within 6 months of hire (not required before your first day)
Preferred
- Prior retail, hospitality, tasting room, or guest-facing sales experience
